The recent controversy of Mittal's bid to Arcelor, rose a lot of speculation among the Indians and the media. Even his interview with one of the news channel he admitted about the racism. Is this being blown out of proportion by the media. Can't believe it?. But I feel its happening to Indians.
But to the contrary, the French government says the bid by Mittal doesn't project any plans for the future or the industrial growth but merely on financial basis, which makes them to think twice. Chirac also says that they are worried about the future of their employees.
Do Indian Govt also look into those issues, whenever there was a takeover by Foreign companies here ?.
